Due to Āla being a boutique service, there are few booking spaces available.

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is taken at the time of booking. This amount will be credited to your bill on the day, so you only pay the difference outstanding.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy: cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit fee being forfeited, while cancellations prior to this will warrant a full deposit refund minus a 2.9% booking fee.

You will receive a SMS and email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment to give you plenty of time to contact me if you need to make any changes.
